The rooms here come with CNN, a balcony, and lots of toys. the staff is very professional, and you might even catch the restaurant manager mingling with guests. 🌟

The room was good sized and brand-new with separate bathroom. Location: the hotel was next to the establishment and a supermarket or something and an island, or sort, under construction on the opposite bank.

Particularly good and perfect location in the hotel's Breezes restaurant, in the pretty nice area. The rooms were spotless and bright, venue's staff were particularly helpful people with the restaurant manager in front of guests.

My stay at Sheraton Haikou Hotel in Haikou was fantastic from beginning to end. the hotel was spotless, and the rooms offered breathtaking views with a modern design that I loved. We chose this hotel for its beautiful location on the beach, which provided a perfect setting for a romantic getaway. The hotel's giant gardens were a tranquil escape, and we enjoyed leisurely walks through the well-maintained pathways. Additionally, being very close to the sea allowed us to embrace the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the shore.

We were disappointed to find out that there was no wifi in the rooms. It was quite inconvenient to have to rely on a cable connection, especially as a business and resort hotel.

I had a amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, although most of them didn't speak English, were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, especially the beautiful pools and hot springs. The hotel's location in the giant gardens and on a secluded beach made it the perfect oasis for a relaxing getaway. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was perfect.

This hotel is a splendid and luxurious venue with top-class amenities and exceptional service. the swimming pool is magnificent, with an infinity pool and sun terrace, perfect for relaxation under the sun. the beach access and aqua park are a plus, giving a feeling of exclusivity.

We found only one minor issue. the prices for in-room breakfast were higher than expected.

The extensive and well-maintained grounds were a standout feature of this hotel, as was the large swimming pool and range of hot tubs. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of Western and Eastern food, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. the huge outdoor pool made Christmas day a hit and the experience was unique.

Great place to disconnect! The staff was fantastic, especially in the restaurant. Food was excellent. The Seaview Lounge was most excellent! The view is unforgettable, and the staff made the difference, making this Lounge a step above the rest! , the service was excellent; everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy.

The hotel is starting to show its age; it needs fresh paint and new rugs.
